It’s a hands-on, fully personalised approach to give you the best chance of maximising your potential and hitting your goals for race day – whether it’s to complete the marathon or to beat a personal best.

I’ll work with you to get to know you and your running background. We can then look at your goals for the marathon. Then I'll develop a bespoke programme that helps you achieve your potential.

The programme will be updated and adapted in line with your progress so you can be sure you're always training smart and in the most effective, efficient way for you - no more generic plans and uncertainty.

As part of your Online Coaching package I can cover a whole range of areas supportive to your running, including nutrition, strength, injury prevention and much more.

Together we can get the best from you and your marathon training.

How does it work?

A Chat

We’ll do an initial run-through by phone or email to discuss your goal(s), your current fitness, running experience, health and your available time to commit to running. This will help me tailor your programme to where you are now, where you want to go, and the best way to get there. If you're not sure, you can book a FREE consultation, to be done over the phone, or in person if you're local.

Your Plan

I'll then begin to develop your Personalised Training Plan for you based around your other commitments. This will be updated on a fortnightly or monthly basis based on your progress and feedback from you.  We’ll keep in touch to ensure you’re training smartly and, most importantly, enjoying your running.
