Marathon Training Packages

The Run with Ben Marathon Training Packages are designed to give you everything you need to help you hit your goals for the marathon.

They offer the best of Run with Ben running coaching in a package that’s fully tailored to you.


The Marathon Training Packages include in-person coaching, so if you’re not local to East London then your best bet is Run with Ben Online Coaching – which gives you full, bespoke online support for the duration of your marathon training.


There are two levels available for the Marathon Training Packages – Silver and Gold – and both have limited availability.

Gold (£299):


  • 16 weeks online coaching, giving you a bespoke training plan delivered fortnightly, unlimited email support, guidance on strength and nutrition, and more
  • +4 weeks foundation phase - a plan and support to ensure you're fit and ready to start full marathon training
  • Running form assessment, looking at your form and advising on improvements
  • 5 x one-to-one sessions
  • Fully bespoke to you, your goals and your schedule
  • Limited availability
  • Payment in instalments available on request

How does it work?

A Chat

Whichever option you choose, we’ll start with a chat by phone or email (or in person) to discuss your marathon goal(s), your current fitness, running experience, health and your available time to commit to running. This will help me see where you are now, where you want to go, and the best way to get there.

The Plan and the Sessions

I'll then work on a Personalised Training Plan for you based around your other commitments. This will be updated on a fortnightly basis based on your progress and feedback from you. We'll also work out a good time to meet for the first one-to-one session.

As part of your Coaching package I can cover areas including nutrition, strength, injury prevention and much more.


Please note that Terms apply (nothing scary!) to all Run with Ben coaching. 

Questions and Support

I’ll be on the end of an email whenever you need support. Two-way feedback is crucial to ensure you're getting the most possible from your Coaching.


We'll work together to maximise your potential and get you to the finish line with a smile on your face.
