One-to-One Coaching

Face-to-face personal training sessions with an expert, friendly Running Coach.

You’ll always get undivided, personalised support for your running, and depending on your goals sessions may include focus areas such as: 

  

  • Improving speed
  • Recovery and returning to running after injury
  • Building endurance and stamina
  • Running-specific strength and conditioning
  • Developing efficient running form
  • Consultation, for example goal-setting, training, or injury prevention.

Or you may simply want motivation and encouragement for one of your training runs, or to help ‘form the running habit’.


Above all else, each session is friendly and achievable!


If you have injury experience or are returning to running after injury, I can work in collaboration with sports therapists or physiotherapists to give you a 360° approach to your running, health and fitness.


You may wish to combine one-to-one running coaching sessions with Online Coaching, to give you a personalised training plan and guidance outside of our sessions.


Sessions are primarily across East London – including the Olympic Park, Hackney Marshes, Victoria Park, Epping Forest – but drop me a line to see what’s possible for you.

How does it work?

A Chat

We’ll do an initial chat on the phone or by email to run through your goals and background. We’ll agree a time and a place for the first session. Or, if you prefer, we can meet for a free half an hour chat to run through all of this.

The Sessions

Each session will be highly tailored to you and your goals. We’ll work together to get the most out of every session, while keeping it friendly, fun and achievable. We’ll adapt as we go, always working to get the best for you. 


Please note that Terms apply (nothing scary!) to all Run with Ben coaching. 

Flexible to You

We’ll meet at your preferred location (see below) and take the first step towards your improved running!


Please note that 24 hours notice is required if you want to cancel a booked session, otherwise payment in full may be required. Thanks for your understanding! 

Pricing

· £40 per hour, or £30 off peak (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)

· Sign up for four sessions – peak or off peak – for £120

· Sign up for eight sessions – peak or off peak – for £230


Pay by the hour or by advance booking a group of sessions. FREE consultation available, over the phone or in person.

Team up with a friend for just £10 extra per hour.

Online Coaching

Are you training for a charity event you’ve signed up for and want some coaching to help you hit your goal? I offer 10% discount on all services to those who want coaching for an event they’re doing for charity.
